Hello,
I only applied for PR, no OWP.

My timeline is below:

Dec 24 sent the application
Dec 28 received by CIC
Feb 26 AOR
Feb 27 - Medical Request
Mar 1 - Medical Completed
Medical passed - dont know when

I wanna know what stage i am in the processing. because
Background is NA
Eligibility is "you application is in process. we will send me an email when we start reviewing your eligibility."

Can anyone share an idea or anyone in the same situation? Thank you!
I, DEC 19 applicant am on the same situation, applied for PR only not OWP. Medical passed in the mid March and rest is exactly the same.

Maybe we should call CIC tomorrow and ask when our bgc is expected to start. :)
Yes, please let me know when you have any updates. Thank you!
I am Dec 14th app and have the same info as you guys. I do not believe calling will do anything because they will say it depends on the officer and everyone's file is unique.

It's not like you're a month behind everyone

Plenty of people from earlier in 2018 still haven’t had background checks start — I’m from August, and they still haven’t started mine. I’m sorry to say that calling them does no good— believe me I’ve tried. I know it isn’t fair but it doesn’t mean anything is wrong. It just means you aren’t as lucky as some other applicants who went faster :(

Ok, we can all just wait then. There is nothing else we can do. Be optimistic and it will be coming. :D

Little update on GCkey. It was saying we're reviewing additional documents you provided and it says today we have received the additional documents you provided.

May I ask when you sent the additional documents? I sent mine on the 15th and the status on GCKey is still "Your action is required".
