Hii Thanks for reply


I haven't seen any incoming regarding my LOE in gcms. At first I attached LOE via webform when I gt to know from gcms notes about RR. Then I called CIC agent to confirm about LOE but she said there is no incoming document showing from my side. Then I again send them LOE via email and gt automatic response but even after passing 10 business days from email, no response from there side. pl guide me what shd I do.

Which Via re you sending it to? NDVO?

Monday was a holiday. So they will start responding starting today.

Ottawa is very efficient in responding back. However, if you got an auto response to your CSE, it takes 1-3 weeks for the documents to be added and reflected in your application.

Hi, My AOR is July 20th.
MEP is passed. My status still shows IP1.

No word from CIC since September.

I had applied for GCMS notes in March 2019 and no word on that either. Its been 10 months so I am freaking out.

please advise if there is any way to follow up or if there is any one else in my situation.

What’s your Visa office? Did you try reaching out to CIC?

I have applied through an agent. when i asked them if they know my visa office, they just told me that it has been applied online. it will reach your regional visa office after PPR stage. I have noticed in the thread, that everyone seems to know the office.
Planning to send an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca to enquire about the same.
Can I send from any email id or should it be from the address registered with CIC.

my medicals have expired this month, so i may have to re do the medicals as well.

I called CIC and I was informed that there is activity on the file and that although it says IP1, they are most probably verifying and have not changed status.

Please call them instead of email. It's concerning ,so better to reach out instead of waiting for Email response

I have been trying to reach them at +16139444000, the +1888 number isn't going through.
Is there any other way to reach them? the person on the other end seemed to be giving very general information and was repeating the same information on the status page.

Please call them exactly @7:00 am ;EST . There’s no waiting early morning and should be connected within 5 mins
