I have submitted three PCC's i.e India , Malaysia , Denmark and all these three PCC mentioned there is no crime record in their system.
I have searched the forums but I never found similar review for anyone else .

Since it is not specific about the reason of review, don't worry.
I had similar one but for POF. It was not specific, all what was written is: OFFICER: PLEASE REVIEW POF (and my POF was exceeding the required by a lot).
You can acquire more about this kind of notes by reading "Legalfalcon" recent post about eligibilty. it is on the previous page 554

Hi mates,
(Aor 28 July 2018 // IP2 17 Nov 2018 // Ghost update 6 Dec 2018)
I was under SS since December 2018.
I got an update last friday and my Medical statut changed from "you passed the medical exam" to "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."
I think this is a good sign after a big time of silence.
Do you think IRCC will ask for re-medical or this means they will extend my old medical exam??

My AOR is 23 July 2018 and still in IP1

This is it, i got My visa request. Finally after 10 months and 10 days of long long long long painful waiting.
I wish from the bottom of my heart that all who still awaits the visa to receive it at the soonest.

MEP - July 19, 2018
IP1 - till May 2, 2019 (Review required for POF)
IP2 - May 3, 2019
ADR - after several hours from IP2, May 3, 2019 (Schedule A, CV, Supplementary student form)
PPR - May 14, 2019 at 3:00 AM. Saudi Arabia Time

if they don't request remeds, they'll automatically extend yout medicals. don't worry about it.
