I heard from one of my friend who got Letter today from VO saying that the Chats were not in English so please Translate it and resend those documents.
Have anyone else got same kind of letter from VO ?

Hello guys I am a March 2019 applicant and April AOR . The day i have applied for my husband under spouse sponsorship . I submitted my husbands ID card passport , while ircc has forgotten to put a letter at the end of my husbands first name we submitted a webform many times and from May 6 they have been working on it and didn’t receive anything from them while this process We got medical and the medical was done in Afghanistan and they didn’t have a problem with the name error and now we got biometrics and since there’s no visa office in Afghanistan he has to go india or Pakistan to do them . My husband spoke to vfs office in India to book an appointment they have told my husband since the name is the issue we can’t accept it unless until ur name is fix so guys any idea suggestions plz

Sorry you have to deal with this. It's so frustrating that you have to pay for their mistakes. Try to be patient. It can take 20 days for them to respond to the webform. Inshallah it all gets revolved quickly.

I am surprised they let you do the medical without complete name. Usually people doing medical and biometrics are very picky and thorough about each and every detail . Just coz of the fact that they are third party. I hope they will fix your issue soon. Until then keep trying .

I think it's 20 days from the date you send it including weekends.

there is a fb group for pakistani applicants n one guy wrote that he called cic n the agent told him his file will be processed inside canada in sydney :/ he already got sponsor approval n was waiting for AOR2 or file transfer email

I am surprised they let you do the medical without complete name. Usually people doing medical and biometrics are very picky and thorough about each and every detail . Just coz of the fact that they are third party. I hope they will fix your issue soon. Until then keep trying .

Well ircc even told me I could go ahead and do biometrics if India’s visa office could go ahead and do it it’s just the vfs being so picky in India
