is happened to anyone ? In the guide it says with the application you send it
Yep, a fair few people are in the same situation. We completely forgot to do it when we submitted our application, but all they will do is send the PA a request to send confirmation of payment. It delays getting the biometrics a little, but that's all. Nothing to worry about at all!

i paid the biometric fee last week and sent the receipt through web form. This is the response that I got today. Has anyone else received something similar? I am not sure what action to take:

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We are pleased to confirm the reception of the following document:

  • R356619214.pdf
We have forwarded it to the responsible office for their consideration.

If further information is needed during the processing of the application, the responsible office may contact you.

Furthermore, we have previously received the Use of representative (IMM5476) form; however, in order for us to respond to your enquiry, we would like to obtain certain clarifications.

Under section 10 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, representatives and clients are required to provide all the information requested on the form unless the question states if known or if applicable.

Please ensure that you :

  • Complete sections A, B and D only, if you would like to appoint a representative.
  • Complete sections A, C and D only, if you would like to cancel a representative.
  • Indicate the first name, last name and date of birth of the applicant exactly as shown in their travel or identity document.
  • Fill out a separate form for each line of business for which you want to appoint a representative.
  • Specify whether you wish to add and/or remove an authorization by adding a checkmark in the appropriate box.
  • Include the type of application at question 3:
    • temporary residence (please specify, for example, work permit, study permit, visitor record, etc.),
    • permanent residence,
    • permanent resident card, or
    • citizenship.
  • Specify whether your representative will be compensated or uncompensated by adding a checkmark in the corresponding box,
    • for compensated representatives, please provide their provincial or territorial membership ID.
  • Ensure that the appropriate sections of the form have been originally signed and dated in the proper format by all relevant parties,
  • Ensure that the signature date is within 90 days from the date the form was sent to IRCC.
  • Ensure that all sections of the form are readable.
  • Ensure that a separate form is completed for each applicant.
  • Provide a valid Canadian mailing address,
    • ensure that the address complies with the current Canada Post guidelines.
We invite you to fill out the IRCC Web form to upload your new form. Upon reception of this information, it will be our pleasure to update the file within 5 to 10 business days.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.

We would also like to suggest the following online services that might be helpful to you with any immigration, refugee and/or citizenship future requests:

Sincerely,

Yep, that's just them letting you know that they got your payment confirmation. Now you just have to wait until they send you the actual request to go get the biometrics done! We are at the same place.

did you receive MR yet ?
No, not yet. Hoping we should get it by this week since another long weekend is coming I do not want to get backlogged again. And one funny thing, I do not know if it this the case with you as well - I received my SA but still my CIC profile shows as We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements under the Review of Eligibility. Should it not show decision made or approved or something like that?

my application seems all kinds of weird right now. ECAS says decision made for sponsorship and a correspondence was sent on the 6th but I haven't received anything. Haven't received a request to apply for Quebec undertaking either but have received biometric payment request. i am the representative for my wife's application but instead of getting a message in my GCKey account I got an email for the biometric payment request.
