August 2018 AOR - join here

I am living in Ontario but I got nominated by Alberta in the express entry system. I have submitted all requested documents for PR. At what point, will I need to relocate to Alberta? Please advise.

It talks about charter right.
But Section 6(3)(a) & (b) create several limits to mobility rights.
Basically, under PNP you have to show your intent to stay in that particular province. You have to stay there and if you wish to move, you have to show some proofs like you got a better job opportunity in some other province, or your tried finding a job in the PNP province but was not able to find something of your profession. As far as I know, no case has been registered by the province against a person who left the province. but to complete the PNP process and get the PR you have to move to the province once and show that you tried your level best to settle in that province. Proofs like applications of jobs etc.

However I dont see any changes in my online account. It still shows below. And where are you guys seeing any ghost updates ? I dont see any timestamps in the account anywhere:
"Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. Help - Background check
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made"

I am not too sure about IPA1/2s etc and how reliable they are. Ordered 2 GCMS notes - one in Novemeber and one in Jan/Feb.

Did you have RR on your eligibility? What is your VO?
 
After having posted my Concerns a couple of times, I have finally received the email to submit my passport on 9th May at 8.30 pm.
Thanks to everyone for helping out each other. I hope everyone receives their ppr email soon.
