Good day!
My interview went well. Took all my documents along with me including the Original of these documents. I was asked about my educational qualifications and my work documents. Offer letter and reference letter.
Ask about AIPP and how I got the job.
The interviewer went ahead to call my Father, Brother and my Employer to confirm where I work and my credentials. Thank God they all responded well to the questions they were asked.

They took all my documents photocopied it and told me that I will receive an email within 24 hours. 24 hours have gone but have not received any mail yet. My interview was on the 24th of April, 2019.

I first applied for work permit subsequently the PR. This particular interview was for the work permit which I applied.
Which VISA office? I did not apply for the TWP because NDVO takes more than 17 weeks for TWP applications and within that timeline one would get decision on PR.

Nairobi, Kenya.
Please share your timeline. When did you apply for your AIPP work permit and how long did it take to get an interview call? I will greatly appreciate your response since I've also applied for an AIPP WP and it's been 3 weeks. I linked my application online and currently my status has changed to
"We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."
"You have passed the medical exam." (I had submitted upfront medical).

The rest of my status remains unchanged.

Search Google for designated employers lists for all 4 provinces and apply for all jobs that you qualify for and have at least 1 year experience in during the last 3 to 5 years. ..

I want to share this tidbit with all of you who are waiting on a decision on your PR application:

One day I called CIC to query something and the following day I got an email requesting biometrics. Next time I had to call, the following day I got my work permit.

I had some other questions and I called another time and the following day I got my pre-arrival letter.

The last time I called.... well you guessed it...I got my interview request letter.

The point is, I have concluded that once you call, I believe it creates an opportunity for the file to be reviewed and steps are then taken which probably would have taken longer.

My suggestion, find legitimate reasons to call and CALL! I'd suggest at least once every two weeks, or once a week of necessary.

For those who have applied already, when you filled the form called IMM5669 - Schedule A Background. First did you put all your education or only the one that is relevant to the application (I saw that it is what people do in express entry). Also there are not enough lines in personal history, do you add that on another paper ??
