H4 Stamping for my wife - please help

Not sure if this is right to ask this question here, but if anyone know please help:

I am an Indian National. I am on H1b visa in USA and want H4 stamping for my wife from Canada. Completed her DS-160 and unable to find the portal/website where I can pay the visa appointment fees.

Can anyone please share the detail where I can pay the interview appointment fee and schedule the appointment.

Did you get your H4? Can you please share your experience...I am on PR in Canada and my wife is on H1 in US. I have visa interview in Calgary this week...what documents are required and any tips.
