Might pass you means if they think case should be passed they will pass it. Eligibility is proving you as sponsor meet the requirement and that the people you are sponsoring are your relatives and it's established. You don't need to be alarmed if your not faking anything.

Security check secret per act S.15(1). CSIS or other government organization check for war crimes and other security issues your applicants may pose to Canada.

Security check is clear now. So I want to know about Financial Documents which were submitted in past or they need current financial documents?

Order GCMS notes. It is in security check probably. Given there is time discrimination against certain countries you may have to wait few months for security check to pass before passport is asked.

Can you post the letter with exact words they sent you because you are mentioning financial documents and also PR kit? it is not clear what stage you are from what you said.

What is GCMS notes?

We received Pre-arrival service letter March 8th.

They are notes and all activity that happens on your file. They can be order under Acesss to Information right here:
https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do (costs $5)

It has a lot more info that you can see on ECAS or My CIC Account and at times gives you 100% view of where your case is or almost 100% at othrer times.

The words below I got it CIC website
"We will inform you in writing of the decision made on your sponsorship application. We will send you a Permanent Resident Kit that you will need to forward to the family class relative you are sponsoring." (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?redir=spon_out_qc&lang=en&app=)
I was thinking about my PGP application still need approval decision when medical is done.
I did not receive any PR kit yet.
For Security Check - you briefly explained about it, so my family is not involved any kind of war activity in past.

She is much better than CIC; you can ask anyone
Just be patient and she will add your name to list. It's just a tracking list for us. Nothing to do with Gov Canada.

Medical for Parents is already submitted to LVO. Some of group members told me that there Might Pass your eligibility and Security Check? Can you explain about eligibility and security check. Thanks

London is pretty slow now, if you are done with medical - check E-case if you have line:
"Medical received " means IME is passed
than after background check just wait PPR request

P.S. This doesn't mean you have passed security check (aka background check). Your file may or may not have passed eligibility. Once that is passed then they send to Background Check. 6-12 months based on London LVO history.
