Help! How do I submit documents with no GCKEY linked account?
My partner completed the medical today, and although the office uses the emedical system, they were still given a form with instructions to "upload it to your profile". I have been unable to link our application to the GCKEY account and I'm not sure how to submit documents otherwise. Anyone have advice? Thank you in advance!

Where did you complete your medical? With the eMedical system it should just automatically upload to CIC when the physician puts it through. The guide even states that the medical results are uploaded to CIC by the physician:

After your exam is done
Once the exam is done, the physician will send us the results. The doctor will give you a document confirming that you had a medical exam. Keep this with you as proof of your medical exam.

Either way, you can upload documents via the web form:

FYI our clinic also uses emedical AND gave us a “confirmation” letter with the instructions to upload it to IRCC. We decided just to wait and see, since there are no instructions from IRCC to upload any additional forms if the clinic uses emedical.

As of today our account shows medical is passed — so you can probably skip uploading the forms and just see if the medical gets passed in the next handful of days (for us it was 4 business days later).

I've had no reply as of yet. However, when I download IMM5533 mine still states Mississauga for everything, I've just downloaded it about three minutes ago directly from their site and it also shows the latest update as Feb 2019.

Where did you find the one you've screenshotted?

The checklist for common law (imm5589) is set out much better, there's a clear line between the different types of application with each showing the courier address:

I just downloaded it again, and it says 03-2019, same as yesterday. Here's the link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/spouse.asp
I select "sponsor my spouse" and a country. A country actually does not change anything, I checked with different ones.

As for common law, yes, the previous version of the checklist for spouses (Dec 2018 and Jun 2018) also had a line in between, separating inland and outland. It was clear and it matched the guide. Now it's more like chaos, and I'm afraid some new applicants might be confused, which will result in wrong submissions.

I've just downloaded it again and now it comes up with the 03-2019 one  Yeah they should incorporate the line back in and drop the courier for inland above it. Hopefully, they'll feedback to me soon, maybe it's worth contacting them on Twitter, they respond quite quickly there.

Me too! Dec 7 outland. I wouldn't be so bothered if I didn't know from these boards that almost EVERYONE else has been transferred. I wonder what the freaking hold-up is for ours?!! o_O:(
For sure its in some kind of Queue to get transferred to a VO !!

I reckon you'll see some movement once your medicals passed. When's it booked in for?

Okay, we got the letter asking for biometrics today. Got an appointment for next Friday.

We are waiting for the UK and Thai Police Clearances. The post office says they've delivered the UK one but I don't have it (freaking out slightly) and the Thai one we paid a fortune for a legal company to do it in a rush. We'll know more at the end of the week.

EDIT - just received the UK Clearance but I can't upload it onto my CIC account. Sent if via the webform at https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx Hope that's right.
EDIT - received AOR in junkmail

Hope everyone else's journey is on track!

The 11th (Monday), so it'll have been nearly 3 weeks since the actual request (feels endless!).

I hope we hear something after that too, though I have seen enough people who got transferred before medicals that I'm not so certain anymore. I also would really like to believe they don't just sit on our app for a month while waiting for us to come through with the medicals because we don't have a month to lose! On the other hand, I do also think there's always the possibility it got sent to Vienna and we never got the notification, but I would wait to pester IRCC about that for another few weeks.
