Overlapping work experience between two employers

I want to ask that I have overlap of 3 days in work experience
COMPANY A: 13/Jan/2015 to 13/Jan/2016
COMPANY B: 10/Jan/2016 to 10/Jan/2018
I was on leave of 3 days in company B during 10/Jan/16 to 13/Jan/16. Will this create any problem, also do I need to have 3 more days of work experience in company B to make it count as a year or is this experience alright?
Please guide.

No problem here.
You have 1 year experience in company A and 2 years in company B. Even with your 3 day leave it's fine, as long as dates in your letters reflect your info in your profile.
