Typically no - but it depends on your background / culture. For example, if it's normal in your culture to have a large wedding (e.g. India) - this could cause more scrutiny.
In my country - kenya- customary marriage is among the 4 recognized types of marriages (the other 3 being church, mosque and civil ). Although almost all people start with customary and add a church or mosque wedding based on their religion.
So am planning on doing a customary and then do a Civil... I hope this won't raise questions

I received an email immigration stating, “you have submitted an incomplete... when filling out the personal history & addresses, you must provide details for every month and year for the past 10 years...”
I did have a hard time filling this in to begin with and even had an extra pieces of paper explaining but I guess it wasn’t enough.

I’ve been a travelling dancer for the past 10 years.
I haven’t had an actual address until about 4 years ago with my boyfriend & now husband.
I would be in different hotels, apartments every 1 week, 4 weeks, 3 months etc.
So I really have no address to put. I can barely even remember any of the address or hotels.
I tried to do the best I could regards to cities and country’s.
And explained addresses like:
Germany, Munich, March 2007 for 2 weeks, work apartment.
Egypt, April 2007, hotel.
But it wasn’t enough.
How should I be doing this part?
For work history do I just put the clubs address?

What happens if this submitted form details now, don't match the last form I have already submitted?
Before I was going of old facebook photos and now I've deleted the account because I haven't used it in years - I can't access it.
Now locations and times will be out compared to the other form.

What can or should I do.
I don’t want our application declined because I’ve done it wrong twice and hiring a lawyer is upwards of $10k!
I’m a bit stuck.
Because I’ve had no registered addresses.
I've tried calling the immigration helpline number on their website but have got through to no queue after hours and hours of calling :(
Please help :)

Couple suggestions... I've only gotten through on the phone calling the minute they open the lines in the morning, maybe try that. Also I think I've seen you post this a couple times and you might get more answers and attention if you post your own thread. And maybe just try consulting with a lawyer, not hiring one as I know that's a lot of money. A consultation shouldn't cost much and might help you out.

Hi guys,

On the immiration site for spousal visa standard processing time is 12month regardless of ur spouse's nationality.

Could anyone share with me their processing time taken for spousal visa and mention ur spouse nationality aswell please?

PS. I am getting impatient about my spousal visa process. So I would appreciate if people can share how long it took for their spouses to get PR.

It's extremely varied. It doesn't do well to compare to other applications because it's so different across the board and won't change anything for your processing times.

For context anyways, Outland Irish, 11 monts through LVO.
