No, It has been more than a month now !

It's possible. Sometimes when Visa office change eligibility status is reset to "Not started" in summary. Agent is most probably reading off the summary status and eligibility may have been recommended passed. Only way to be sure is to order GCMS notes.

can it change from "recommended pass" to "not started"?

As of now roughly 15-20% of Sept applicants have received their PPR's, so a lot many are in same boat my friend...let's hope we see PPR's being issued in current week to the Sept applicants

I just spoke to an agent and the guy was extremely nice to the core ...
Eligibility....... Hasn't stared
Criminality ......passed
Security ........hasn't started as well ...
He said our application pretty look nice and very okay ..
Said no additional document needed ..
All document needed were received ..and that I shouldn't be bothered at all ...

My questions are :
BTW criminality, eligibility and security which one takes longer time or which is scary ?

Hi, just want to check. NYC= New York City? Are you sending it from USA?
I am planing to send mine today but PPR said if I am in USA, I need to send it to "CPCO- PR VISA in ON, Canada" not using VFS. (I am from a countries which need ETA not Canada Visa)
Please let me know if I am wrong.

Also, I just want to make sure I am right with its instruction regarding the envelop.
Do you send return envelop with your address in the middle and Annex A. Form?
2 photos and a copy of passport.

Sorry for the really late reply, didn't check the notifications.
I am not sure about the procedure for countries which need ETA, so I cannot comment on that.

I dropped and pick up my passport directly from VFS. I didn't have to provide a return envelop. I sent the Request for Visa/Confirmation letter, 2 photos and my passport.

Hey there Congratulations. I received PPR ( FSW-O, US residence) recently and I was asked to send the passport to Ottawa instead of local visa office in NY or LA. Could you let me know if you received PPR from CIO or LVO?

You must have received it directly from IRCC Ottawa. The passport of US residents need to be sent to Ottawa; VFS does this for you.
