  1. If all of them will get rejected, can only my parents apply later? If it's yes then what is the waiting period for reapply?
  2. All of them just visited India. Should apply now or wait for a while?

I recommend again that your parents apply without your sister. She is the weak link. Her chances of a TRV approval are low unless she is a final year student of a specialist/professional study program (not the case).... or she has extensive travel history (not the case again).... purpose of visit is not convincing.

Applicants can reapply anytime after being refused. In this case, reapplying without your sister would seem like creating a new tie (not a genuine tie though) just to improve their TRV chances. Not sure why your parents would want to risk avoidable TRV refusals. IMO, your parents have good chances of approvals though for their current applications

Hi @Bryanna,
Thanks a lot for your reply. I have few more questions. Please help!!!
  1. Property documents (Apartments+Vacant Land+Shops) are written in native language which is not acceptable. How to translate that into English? Should we notarized/affidavit from lawyer? Kindly advise.
  2. How to relate my grandparents (Parental Grandfather and Maternal Grandmother) as my Parents family tie? How to state that information and evidence (Both grandparents have their National ID Card and Parents have the same)
  3. Should mom also needs seperate Cover Letter mentioning her conditions such as family tie and financial situation?
  4. Day-by-day visit plan Letter (with estimate expense) also needs to be signed by Principal Applicant (Dad)?
Thanks Again.. :)

These documents must be translated into English by a certified translator i.e. include original, notarized translation + copy of the original document + affidavit by the translator that says the translation is true and correct in every way.

Proofs that the grandparents live at the same address as your parents + your parents pay for various things for your grandparents (surgeries, insurance, medicines, expenses, etc).

Should mom also needs seperate Cover Letter mentioning her conditions such as family tie and financial situation?
Separate cover letter for each applicant + include complete set of common documents for each applicant, and not just in the principal application.

Do search this forum for my suggestions for a cover letter i.e. the sections in this letter. I had advised Jtpolzin (his case was not similar to your parents' application). That thread has the suggested sections for a cover letter.

Day-by-day visit plan Letter (with estimate expense) also needs to be signed by Principal Applicant (Dad)?
Signatures not required. References all evidence throughout the applications.

Apply as paper applications

Thanks @Bryanna

Grandparents are living in different places with my other uncles. Though my parents pay for their treatment, medicine and other expenses but all of them in cash. Not sure how to demontrate this in cover letter as an option of Family Tie (Surely this is a strong tie to return)

Thanks @Bryanna

No. The grandparents are not dependent family ties to return to. It won't work

@Bryanna, So should we just mention about them on cover letter with National ID Card (proof of Relationship) OR ignore this point?
You can mention about the grandparents, but it's a 'no impact' tie because they live with your uncles + no proofs of being dependent on your parents

Hi,
I want to apply for my parents visitor visa. Can anybody share with me sample for invitation letter, travel itinerary details and statement of purpose. Also doc checklist other than mentioned on cic website.
Regards

@Bryanna,
Is it mandatory to add my husband as a co-signer and provide his documents? However both of us have full time job and currently I am on maternity leave. I am a PR and he is Canadian citizen.
Thanks

Hello Experts,
My parents and younger sister are applying TRV. I want to share the case. Kindly put your feedback/chances for TRV

- Dad is primarily applicant and mom and younger sister (dependent under 22) are accompanying him
- Dad is a doctor. Retired from Government job. After that doing a full time job too and also a regular family physician at one health center. Mom is housewife and sister is final year undergraduate student
- papers submit:
Dad- NOC, tax return, pension, notarized property valuation papers, bank statement of CAD 57,000 and Fixed deposit of CAD 1,50,000 ,LOE with day to day itinerary (declaration of cover all costs for three persons and leave Canada after two weeks visit)
Mom- financial declaration letter from dad with bank statement, two properties notarized valuation paper
Sister- NOC from university, financial declaration letter from dad with bank statement, student ID, mark sheet and money receipts upto now

Purpose- visit me and my family (specially meet my kids for the first time and sightseeing)

Travel history: Dad- Thailand, Malaysia, Ireland and India. Mom and sister only India

Back to ties: Dad's job and regular practise as family physician since he has been doing since long time. Mom will return with them. She must come back because two flats will be closing by end of this year, so she definitely present. Sister will continue semester and finish her study also( confirmation by dad on LOE) . My parents also need to take care of grandparents whenever they visit them.

Invitation letter: sent by me stating I will provide only food and accommodation, all other costs will be covered by dad.

Kindly advise if any other papers needed
Thanks
