Can you please post the revised list of documents for each applicant based on my previous post
My bad. I didn't expand your previous post for the other documents.
Can you post the list of documents for:
Your dad:
Ownership of the shop + what does he intend to construct/do with the vacant land + does he own a house/apartment where your family resides + any other dependent family members (your grandparents, for example) + who will manage his private clinic when he is away + any other work commitments to return to? Are the fixed deposits locked-in?
Registration Papers of shop ownership+Money receipts of Installment ( Still paying installment for the shop) + No intention to construct for now + Residing in a rented apt + Yes, paternal grandfather + Another doctor will cover up in his absence and it will be written in the letter + Will return to his regular job and continue his private practice as he is committed to regular patients and will have new patients+ yes, FDR are locked-in
Your mom:
Property ownership papers, including if the shop/property is rented, rent agreements, rents received, etc + payments made for the new apartments + any sales agreement for these new apartments + her tax assessment + is the FD locked-in?
Registration Papers of shop ownership+Money receipts of Installment ( Still paying installment for the shop) + No Rental and sales agreements for shop and apt. yet + Yes, money receipt of payments for two properties and will be continue until hand-over in mid of this year + yes, FDR are locked-in+ maternal grandmother as other dependent family member
Your sister:
Student ID + prints of the school website (including for her study program) + when does her study program end? Is it a specialist/professional degree?
I recommend again that your parents apply without your sister. She is the weak link. Her chances of a TRV approval are low unless she is a final year student of a specialist/professional study program (not the case).... or she has extensive travel history (not the case again).... purpose of visit is not convincing.Yes, ID card + Yes, Print out of study program from University website + 2020 + it is a bachelor program
@Bryanna-
- If all of them will get rejected, can only my parents apply later? If it's yes then what is the waiting period for reapply?
- All of them just visited India. Should apply now or wait for a while?

Applicants can reapply anytime after being refused. In this case, reapplying without your sister would seem like creating a new tie (not a genuine tie though) just to improve their TRV chances. Not sure why your parents would want to risk avoidable TRV refusals. IMO, your parents have good chances of approvals though for their current applications
These documents must be translated into English by a certified translator i.e. include original, notarized translation + copy of the original document + affidavit by the translator that says the translation is true and correct in every way.Hi @Bryanna,
Thanks a lot for your reply. I have few more questions. Please help!!!
Property documents (Apartments+Vacant Land+Shops) are written in native language which is not acceptable. How to translate that into English? Should we notarized/affidavit from lawyer? Kindly advise.
Proofs that the grandparents live at the same address as your parents + your parents pay for various things for your grandparents (surgeries, insurance, medicines, expenses, etc). How to relate my grandparents (Parental Grandfather and Maternal Grandmother) as my Parents family tie? How to state that information and evidence (Both grandparents have their National ID Card and Parents have the same)
Separate cover letter for each applicant + include complete set of common documents for each applicant, and not just in the principal application.Should mom also needs seperate Cover Letter mentioning her conditions such as family tie and financial situation?
Signatures not required. References all evidence throughout the applications.Day-by-day visit plan Letter (with estimate expense) also needs to be signed by Principal Applicant (Dad)?
No. The grandparents are not dependent family ties to return to. It won't workThanks @Bryanna
Grandparents are living in different places with my other uncles. Though my parents pay for their treatment, medicine and other expenses but all of them in cash. Not sure how to demontrate this in cover letter as an option of Family Tie (Surely this is a strong tie to return)
@Bryanna, So should we just mention about them on cover letter with National ID Card (proof of Relationship) OR ignore this point? No. The grandparents are not dependent family ties to return to. It won't work
You can mention about the grandparents, but it's a 'no impact' tie because they live with your uncles + no proofs of being dependent on your parents@Bryanna, So should we just mention about them on cover letter with National ID Card (proof of Relationship) OR ignore this point?
Not mandatory@Bryanna,
Is it mandatory to add my husband as a co-signer and provide his documents? However both of us have full time job and currently I am on maternity leave. I am a PR and he is Canadian citizen.
Thanks
