Okay here's what I would do:
Apply for only your parents. Do
not apply for your sister. IMO, she has the slimmest chances of getting a TRV approval in any case. By applying for her, your parents are effectively lowering the chances of their own TRV approvals.
Thank you
@Bryanna for your continuous help. Really appreciate that!!!
I do agree with you. But my parents want to apply together as they don't want to leave her alone. If they will get rejected, can only parents reapply (showing they have dependent single daughter as family ties)? Then how about the possibility in this case?
If you need help then do post the list of documents that each parent intends to submit + some information about their personal/professional circumstance (do they own property/land, have a business/employed, live with other dependent family members, have they traveled to other visa-required countries, good financial situation, etc)
Dad:
- Employment Letter from hospital- with approved vacation
- Employment Letter from health centre where he does private practice- with approved vacation
- 6 months pay stub/salary slips
- 6 months bank statements- balance CAD 55,000 (salary directly deposit into a/c)
- Fixed Deposit - CAD 124,000
- Owner of a shop in a Market
- Owner of a vacant land
- Visa stamps of Ireland, Thailand, Malaysia and India
Mom:
- Fixed Deposit- CAD 47,000
- Two Flats which will be handed over middle of this year ( Papers on her name)
- Owner of a shop in a Market
- Visa stamp of india
Sister
- Letter from University- with approved vacation and mentioning she will join to continue the semester/any scheduled exam date
- Admission Letter in 2016
- Money receipts of all semester upto now
- Mark Sheet
- Visa stamp of India
All three are going visit India this week for 5 days during my sister's semester break. Is it a good idea to apply just after their visit OR should wait for a while?
Thanks again!!!!
