Honestly, I do not have answer to your question.
Are you FSW- O applicant?

@bimale4bipeople and @legalfalcon please help with the above query on the change in the province of landing and I also need help on job search in datacenter infrastructure support in storage (EMC/ NetApp) domain
Landing in a province other than the one mentioned in your CoPR should not be a problem except Quebec.

I am FSW O.Actually I have opted Vancouver as my POE ,but I heard that it's the costliest city to settle down and Torronto is the good choice for new comers.
Do you have any suggestion?
It depends on how you are evaluating it. e.g cost of gas and housing is expensive in Vancouver. But groceries e.g. may be a little cheaper in Vancouver when compared to Toronto

Here are some links that you can look at
https://www.expatistan.com/cost-of-living/comparison/vancouver/toronto?

https://careers.workopolis.com/advice/comparing-the-cost-of-living-between-canadian-cities/

Toronto is part of the larger GTA (Greater Toronto Area) which provides you options to cities connected to Toronto you can take a look at the GTA in this map below

Thank you.It was informative.
I have another query regarding the Fund, please advice.
I had shown CAD 16000 (threshold for 2 applicants) in my bank a/c when I submitted the application. Now I would like to carry CAD 3000 as liquid cash on landing. Is it Ok to withdraw the amount from the same bank a/c so that I can show CAD 13000 in the account and CAD 3000 as liquid cash.
Or is it necassary to show the same amount(CAD 16000) in the bank a/c it self.

lot of questions going through my mind

No its absolutely fine to carry CAD 3,000, you are not required as such to show or carry the the entire PoF amount.

I would just like to add to this that yes, there is no need to carry the complete PoF amount as liquid cash. We need to show the POF amount in bank statement on landing. Please read the post from @hope2018 related to the same: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/post-ppr-information-and-discussions.572715/page-13#post-7277336

Is there any rules that we must show the same account or other account with six months balance? I mean can I show other bank statement with newly deposited money?

We received news that my husband's PR application was approved on Jan 25th on the CIC online application. The ECAS has not been updated yet. We also have not received any messages on the CIC application, only that it was approved and the expiry date.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes to receive the CoPR letter? We still haven't gotten his passport back after the PPR yet but it's only been 2 weeks so I do not expect it to get returned for another 2 weeks.

Do we have to have the CoPR before we book a flight and enter Canada?

I saw the above discussion about bank statements and proof. My husband won't be bringing anything with him. Do me have to show any proof of funds from his side if I have mine here in Canada?

Thank you in advance for any replies!

Is anyone working in datacenter infrastructure support profile in storage (EMC/ NetApp) domain? I have been searching jobs in this domain on the Internet (indeed.ca, linkedin and glassdoor), the job requirements are quite different from than in India.
Please provide guidance in this regard.
I am FSW-O and by God's grace, CoPR.
@sid1987 , @strikeharsh Is there someone known to you who is working in datacenter infrastructure support in storage (EMC / NetApp) domain in Canada (excluding Montreal) ?
