Hi Seniors,

Need your help in the below issue.

I have my Masters in MBA with an IELTS score of L- 7.5, R- 9, S-7, W-7 (appeared on NOV 2017).

I have 8 years of experience in HR and currently moved to IT (6 months). I updated my EE profile keeping my IT experience as Primary NOC(2173) but unfortunately, CIC moved my status to " PROFILE INELIGIBLE". I believe this is because I have updated my primary NOC with just 6 Months experience.

My query is :

1. Can I put my HR experience as a primary NOC though my current profile being IT?
2. Does the current job should be the primary NOC. If yes do we need to wait for another 6 months to get 1-year experience in IT.
3. Will there be any issue if I change my NOC to HR now in my new profile.

Please guide us on the above scenario as it is really frustrating to see the status as ineligible.
1. Yes
2. No
3. No

Hi Experts,

I have a BTEC- Level 5 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership certificate from Pearson. The total courses were 7 with 39 credits. Officially it is equivalent to the second year of undergraduate level of studies in UK.

Can anyone pls suggest whether the course will be equivalent to one year college level or postgraduate ECA or not? &

With whom I should do the ECA with? Thanks

Hi All,
My sister has transferred the funds required for EE into my bank account. She is in canada currently, but transferred the funds from her indian bank account. Does she need to create a gifts deed from canada , or can I create one from India and get it notarized from here, if she sends a paper copy with her signature over to me.

Hi! I have an EE question. If for example I worked in Company A for 10months NOC 1111, then started work in Company B for 2years and 2months (and counting) NOC 1112, will my work experience add up to 3 years?

Thanks!

Hello all,

I have a question please... request your response at the earliest please!

Need help based on latest rules/policies of IRCC

After responding to ITA with all the documents, what if my spouse gets pregnant?

When should we inform IRCC and what are the options?

Thanks for your help!

Thanks for your answer.
It's not clear where I can submit a new profile. In my profile, the status in front of each category (like personal detail, work history,...) is "transmitted" and I'm only able to view already filled out forms. I have no access to change the information or submit them again.
Would you please give me feedback on that if you have any information?
Thank you!
'Transmitted' means that your profile was successfully updated in the IRCC database. You will find an option that says'Withdraw application' there.

Hi

You don't need to notify IRCC of the pregnancy. Once the child is born, you can submit a case-specific inquiry with a copy of the birth certificate and an update of your proof of funds.

If you plan to land before the child is born then you need to consider whether the airline will allow her to fly or how you will pay medical bills.

Hope that helps.
