Don't think those work any more, called twice last week, they said am approved, but don't know when they'll send the email, might be today or next week. am like what is this!! i wait this long and its a problem to just send the "ready for visa" email!
i think you should call and request them to send a note. because after 10 months wait period call center agents can send a note.

@gau55555 - I received this E-mail from getGCMS an hour ago:

--------------------------------------------------------------
We are writing to inform you that the stipulated time frame under the Access to Information Act, within which IRCC has to release GCMS notes, has expired and IRCC has not yet released your GCMS notes. The delay could be due to your application being at the final stage - where IRCC prioritizes completing of the approval over GCMS; administrative delays; recent holidays, processing of the application by a different agency; purposeful non-release, or any other factor. IRCC does not disclose the reason.

We have filed a status request with IRCC concerning your request. As soon as we hear anything back, we will promptly notify you.

In an eventuality, if we do not hear anything from IRCC in the next 2 weeks, the only resort left would be to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of Canada (ICC), the agency that oversees the release of information requested under the Access toInformation Act. Please be advised that we will only file complaints with ICC if we do not receive a response from IRCC, and only if you are interested in filing the complaint, at no additional cost to you. Further, if the complaint is filed, it has no impact on the processing of your immigration application. All federal agencies have to report the compliance of information requests to ICC anyway.

We, at GET GCMS are committed to providing you the best services and will work diligently towards procuring your GCMS notes as soon as we can. However, we have no control on working of IRCC, but will continue to follow up with them and keep you apprised.

If you may have any questions or concerns in this regard, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you have are receiving this email again, please ignore it.

Thank you.

--------------------------------------------------------------

I like the part about "the delay could be due to your application being at the final stage - where IRCC prioritizes completing of the approval over GCMS" - Perhaps this is why our notes are delayed :)
just a query, are you planning to re-order the notes ? When did you last ordered and got it please ? Throw some light on that please...

No, No sid bhai... What he is trying to say is that the community has a large influence on Canadian ecology (society) . And its very evident, though the number or % may not be that large, but they have a visible and noticeable impact and it is not an illusion :):)
are ghanta effect re... braptom(or brownton) and in toronto ...the problem here is i will tell ya wat u can face here is misrepresentation...as many of our fellow brothers and sisters work in stores or blue collar jobs... u r assumed that u can be either at IT call centre or A blue collar job which is good and we give too much to economy here..i know a girl just 26 and in 1.5 years just by hard work she is store manager of biggest walmart in zone. this is slowing changing as many Indian origin are holding good positions now..and high ones too... like in scotia bank.. their IT director is indian .. moved here 3 years back etc etc

Nope, am not planning to reorder the notes. I'll maybe consider it after a month or so, but as for now I'll wait and see. I have suspicion that there will be PPR by then.

Following is the previous GCMS notes:

1st GCMS notes - Ordered on the 25th of July, recieved on the 25th of August (31 days)
2nd GCMS notes - Ordered on the 1st of September, received on the 4th of October (33 days)
3rd GCMS notes - Ordered on the 4th of October, received on the 6th of November (33 days)
4th GCMS notes - Ordered on the 9th of November, received on the 11th of December (35 days)
5th GCMS notes - Ordered on the 14th of December - not received yet (39 days and counting)

Very interesting. You have applied for gcms quite a few times. For all the notes do you see due dates changed in page 2?

I'm curious, does the due date mean anything useful / trustworthy?
it appears to be a system generated date from the last time your file got updated. sometimes it is set to a date exactly one month or two months after.
but it also appears they do not strictly follow that due date.

So I just got done with my call with cic and its still the same. According to the agent, criminality in progress, security not started, nothing needed from my end etc etc

Only one change: when I asked him, is my VO still Ottawa, he said its Ottawa and London.
Now as far as 2-3 weeks back (and also till November in gcms notes) there was no mention of London. And when I pointed that out he said due to country of origin, London was always working alongside. Weird

Another point: I told him that Ottawa replied me by saying that my file was in final review queue and asked him what could final review here mean, he said he had no idea and cant see all that info.

Anyone knows what is the London VO email?
I guess change in vo is a good thing.

Sorry if I sound crazy or stressed etc. but sadly my circumstances is such that I need to know asap soon whether I can move or not
