I'm pretty positive that Ontario will issue more HCP to non-job offer candidates soon cus I think most people who received NOI earlier are sitting at 443+ will decline the NOI, why bother paying $1500 more right?

Hi, i am new to this thread and i am at 438. Is No job offer means, having the work experience previously but not working currently or anything relates with LMIA?

I had an invite from Dec's last draw and my points are at 469. I have declined the invite 2 days back since I thought my info was incorrect.

Hello,

I received invitation from OINP. I was hoping to get a direct ITA by this week.

I believe it is almost pointless by OINP to issue invite to people above 441 because they will most likely get direct ITAs within two draws.

I'll prepare the documents just in case. If I don't get a direct invite within a month, I'll just go with the OINP invitation.

My CRS as per computation is 469. I lodged my Express entry Jan.16, will there be a high chance in getting an ITA for the nexy rounds of invitation?
99.99% chance to get ITA in the next round.

Is it okay to make changes to Work History on Express Entry profile after receiving NOI from OINP?

Better to take the ITA route. What is your CRS score ?

No need to worry nns14 the issue of wife not accompanying is perfectly legal the only requirement is to state your reason for doing so.... just not say i am doing it to get more CRS points. CIC also knows that you choose not to accompany your spouse now but you are going to sponsor them later. Thats the main reason that the non accompanying spouse and kids are required to take medicals and PCC or spouse. look the below CIC link
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=988&top=4

I have applied for permanent residence. My spouse or partner and children are not coming with me. Do they need to get a medical exam?

Yes. All of your accompanying and non-accompanying dependants must have a medical exam performed by a Panel Physician approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

Non-accompanying dependants must undergo a medical exam to make sure they are admissible to Canada. They must be admissible to maintain their eligibility to be sponsored by their family members in the future.

Having inadmissible dependants might make you inadmissible as an applicant for permanent residence.
What if someone says they are applying alone (spouse non accompanying) because when spouse is added to their profile they do not get enough points to obtain an ITA!

It is a 100% honest statement and there is no misrepresentation. Is there any rule or law which can lead to the application being rejected in this case?

Is it recommended to recreate profile to receive oinp noi?
No. This year OINP is sending NOIs under HCP general category to all active profiles in the EE pool (NOC and CRS is the only criteria for selection).

Hey Abhishek,
Till last year Ontario used to issue NOIs to fresh profiles. I know this year only 2 draws have been performed by Ontario and both of them have picked 1 year old profiles who match their NOC and CRS requirements.
Still are you certain its going to be like this way in the upcoming Ontario draws? Does Ontario usually change its early year trends later in the year(speaking strictly with respect to profile creation dates)?
