Hi guys need help
I applied for EE got
Aor 9 oct
Medical passed
Eligibility under review
Background under review
My question is when i got my ita my score was 490 with lmia and cut off was 441
Now the problem is my lmia is going to expire on jan 26 and i have not joined there from the place where i got lmia
Will i lose those 50 points or no after 26
As the lmia was valid when i submitted my application

My status is :
"Make sure you read your messages and take action when we ask you to. This will help move the application process along."
Anyone has the same as me?

I have same timeline and category, and been approved on beginning of December, that what agent told me, but didnt get PPR since.
Call and ask, maybe its been approved already.

You will loose 50 points but that doesn't matter as they only consider points prior to AOR...Any change in points after AOR (like age increase) doesn't make any difference as far as I know...
But seniors can confirm in your case what happens as your immigration to Canada depended on that LMIA...so not sure...

You are welcome...What was the cut off when you were accepted?

You should be fine. The details of your application are locked as of the date of your AOR, so what the IRCC are looking for is a complete file as of that day. I don't know specifically about job offers and time-bound LMIAs but my guess is that you don't have to worry simply because the LMIA is expiring due to the passage of time.

441 and my score was 490 because i am degree holder with one year canadian skilled experience and a canadian pg diploma

He said 441, so a 50-point deduction would bring him down to 440. But, yeah, like you said, I don't think he has any reason to worry.

So 440 still....I am 99% sure you don't need to worry but I asked for cut off thinking in case you have to go back into queue....Hope that doesn't happen though....All the best!!!
