So.I just got off the phone with an agent and I told him I am worried about my elligibility especially because I am two weeks before the six month mark and my elligibility has not been passed. He said my elligibility an officer is currently following up on my file from time to time and they would not be able to send a note to the officer till Feb 27th if there is no update (Bear in mind that my 6month elapses on july 24th and the last agent said i should call back Feb 25th). So I guess there is more waiting to be done

Elligibility is for statutory questions. I answered yes because I had been denied a Canadian visa before, but i currently have a valid canadian TRV visa so that should not be a problem. But I forgot to include that I was denied a US study visa two weeks before I eventually got it. So I raised a CSE and wrote a letter of explanation to say that I forgot to include it because I eventually got the visa.
I guess this may be the reason that the officer is verifying my eligibility for long since it may require them reconfirming why I was denied the US study visa. Well, I am still in the US on that visa
What do you think?

It is possible they don't send notes before 7 months. when I had called and pleaded with the agent with my puppy voice she told me she can send a note only in "extreme" cases and my case was not extreme yet. She didn't define extreme for me. I'm guessing 7 months may be that mark.

Oh I see. So 7 months is now their extreme. They just keep counting months like.its minutes. Thats more than half a year for goodness sakes. Anyway I had already set my mind to February/march. The PPR rain of friday made me change my mind on that. I guess I have to rewire it back to its original state

I don't think it matters. But your guess is as good as mine. See visa refusals like this I don't think it is a big task for them to find out what happened. The Canadian refusal they already know and for US refusal they have data from US. So, ideally it doesn't matter but who can say what they do.

Right! Everything seems like a very big task to them. Do you think its a good time to order another set of gcms or wait till the six months date which is in two weeks

To be honest I don't think you will learn anything new in your notes. But I also had ordered second set of notes just to give me a feeling I was "doing something". I ordered my second set just 2 days shy of my 6 month mark. But I guess if you wish to order may be order something on this Monday.
