Hi all. Any updates on what month is Vienna working on? My file was transferred mid August and still no updates.

My understanding is that PCC expiry dates are a little bit subjective on the part of the IRCC officer. Assume you will be asked to submit them again, but if you are really lucky, they may just make a judgement call on your case and not ask again.

That's what I am thinking too. We will be ready to re-submit, if asked, so that there are no delays.
I see you are in your final stages, almost at PPR. That is great. Keep us posted and good luck! :)

Finally after almost 5 years, we got passport request today! We were denied in September 2015, had my appeal October 2017.
Hope you all get some good news soon!

Congratulations! I didnt when landed because i did a soft landing and only brought clothes and personal papers. I would recommend you fill in the list though, but you can group most things together so no need to write every item seperately unless its something valuable.

Are you by chance referring to paper of stuff declaration ? I thought you get that when you are travelling not ahead.

Anyways best to declare everything. It is for the purpose to declare valuable money worth materials. Normally there is a limit to cash, jewelry etc person can bring HOWEVER when you first time migrate there is no limit. Which is why it is told to declare everything. So that if you take it out of Canada you're taking out your own stuff and won't have to pay tax on it.

**Prepaid Waybill courier help**

Hey all, May 2 applicant here, just got PPR on January 3 and have confirmed today via email that they are sending CoPR. For anyone who is in our situation, we moved partway through our application process from Netherlands to Mexico/Canada, so arranging a courier was a nightmare.

Here's what you do:

Book a shipment online via UPS Austria. There is one method that forces you to open a UPS account to complete this shipment, but if you do it correctly, there should be an option to pay via credit card. So, if you find that you are being forced to open a UPS account, just explore a little bit on the UPS website and try a different way because that's how we found out. Do not book it as a "return" label, just create it as a regular one-way shipment online! We did not enter a real phone number in the required section (we just put in their fax number), because of course Vienna does not have an office number. We chose for email notifications, and make sure you check the box that says "Signature required" otherwise I'm not sure if it'll be tracked. The online system will then ask you for a collection/pickup time. Make sure you email the Vienna office to confirm, but they typically will allow for shipments from Monday to Thurs 8:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 4:00pm, and on Fridays 8:30am to 1:30pm.

It cost about 42 Euros and the turnaround time was less than a week. If you're in Netherlands I would say the regular registered post would be reliable enough though. But if you want a private courier, try UPS because they seem to be the only ones who will allow you to book an international prepaid waybill online!

Good luck!

THANK YOU for taking the time to post this! We are probably going to be in the same position in a few months and I was already dreading having to sort this out from abroad. This info is super helpful! :)
