Hey I am a Physio in India with post graduation in Sports physiotherapy. I had applied in express entry under federal Skilled Worker category.
My CRS was 450 and just got my confirmation of permanent resident. My application was finalized in 36 days.

Now my next major target is completing my degree evaluation by Canadian Physiotherapy council and prepare for PCE.
Would appreciate help from those already in the process.

No you don't need to get licensed in Canada first. You may want to speak to her Indian physics to see how difficult it will be to get license and if people found it difficult to find other work between landing and licensing.
