Well if you look above, that's the email context that we received pertaining to the progress bar. Check what i have highlighted and underlined in bold and it is self explanatory.
Long story short, the progress bar will take months to be finalized since it is a case by case situation (application by application).

I have read that email many times - Its such a poorly phrased email. The one who wrote that should be forced to appear for IELTS and only if he/she gets 7 or above in Writing should be allowed to continue with IRCC.

There are many stuck in ip2 and for a longer time than you. Don’t worry- Patience is the name of the game now.

I guess.. I am hitting the worst luck right now.. eligibility requirement stuck.. BG check not started.. GCMS notes not releases (post 6 weeks).. I wonder if this has something to do with my in-take office (Sydney, CA)

Please share your thoughts on my EE application. The GCMS notes are one month old. However, I moved to IP2 recently and followed by a Ghost update yesterday.

Should I be uploading any LOE on the maturity of my fixed deposit? Or, just wait for the PPR.

Please help!

CSE/Web form: Uploaded Gift Deed and LOE for Proof Of Funds

IP2: 6th December, 2018

Ghost Update: 11th December, 2018

First GCMS Notes (requested 15/11/2018): Received on 12th December, 2018. REVIEW REQUIRED: Maturity Date Of Deposit Funds.

If you did have the review required for FDs, then you should inform IRCC that they have met the term and the funds deposited in your account.
