HI Guys,
hope you guys are all good and having fun in ur lives apart from waiting for pr etc. So in recent times as old member would have observed I have stopped writing posts or answers of anything. It is not just that I am over busy etc etc. I am just redacting myself. Consider this mail as my last post on this forum , for any threads etc. I am doing this because I try to help you guys out of concern, as we have been through this thing.I do not get money , nor any return from helping you guys out . Even I always have a very tight schedule during my work , still I always ensured I tried to help anyone here who needed any info. But amount of increasing toxicity and baseless arguments and blah blah without even knowing a ground reality, it too much eh!!!..There are experts ..who are immigration attorneys.. but keep in mind there are people here, who work with govt or have frnz in govt , a give u real insight . The insight might not be ur liking but its fact. For example on this forum itself by July end , I told everyone a slowdown is coming soon,, people were so piised they wrote what not... and here we are in December and still people are waiting...But its all good.. I pray all u guys get ur stuff soon ,

aaah... u guys make me reply... its been almost 9 months since I have been here... I am loving it...initial few months are hard sp.. u find place.. and I left 860 credit history in USA.. here I was treated like ass... income does not matter... but in 3 months once I had my pr .. wife started working also... credit history back on track..it was easy peasy...I have lived in Mass so I am used to cold...

good question but again... no sugar coating... there is no specific answer for this...IT people Montreal ottawa Toronto etc etc...I have seen loads of people traveling to Montreal from near zones for job... yea its weird I have as recently I was traveling a lot to Montreal for conference..
Toronto is iT hub but costly as crap... so near by sub areas are option. Ottawa is heart of data science and AI right now.
As you can see my office is Toronto I live in ottawa... but I can assure you , most of you people will not get this option.
Changes in policies and political spectrum... they are changing tit bits of policies in background ... and it all affects gvt processes one way or the other
I can understand overall processing slowdown, but what could be the reason for not releasing PPRs for those who are already approved and confirmed by IRCC that "a decision has been made and will be contacted soon" ?? something to do with policies? but again it doesn't make sense as IRCC is continuously issuing PPRs for latest applicants.
so here is deal... if your are in US or Canada...its directly done by IRCC... but outside here.. its a two step process.. IRCC releases approval and goes to local offices to handle the flow and do second step
this doesnt explain how PPR slowdown effected by policies. They released their immigration plan for 2018 to 2021 and it appears encouraging for PPR applicants. what kind of policies are you referring to?
