Hi
I am going to be applying under EEBC PNP Skilled Worker, I have all the job offer forms etc from my future employer (no LMIA in the hopes of receiving Provincial Nomination and not needing an LMIA).

I am just confused about filling in the Express Entry profile from IRCC first, do I state that I have a valid job offer but no LMIA or do I say no job offer until I have received the provincial nomination?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You know the answer better because it is only YOU who knows if your job offer required LMIA
If you have valid job offer for indeterminate period with all the supporting documents you are good to go
first register in EE and get your score, Profile number, job code etc
One trick is make a garbage account in BC PNP and fill the stuff and you will get more idea what to do and how to do

I am glad I found this thread,
Please help me with the map to PR.
My wife came to BC in October 2017 under my study permit (expires in March 2020) and got an open work permit. She have been working for this fashion retail store in November 2017 (1 year work experience by now). She is currently being offered a supervisor position, as I checked on CIC NOC, its title and job description is NOC 6211, code type B. I have read BC PNP Guide carefully it states:
"minimum two years of directly related full-time (or full-time equivalent) work experience in the skilled occupation that has been offered to you, and, if applicable, the credentials and qualification requirements of the position"
Later in the Guide it says: "Experience in a lower skill level NOC is not considered as directly related."
So, her 1 year of experience there is not applicable. Or is it?
I also tried the point calculator, and we've got 84. It looks like we are close but I am confused. I just want to know if she is eligible to apply for BC PNP (EEBC skilled worker). What are options for us? Our visas will be expired in March 2020. Please show us some vision to get PR.
Best regards,
Aug.

Hey guys, I just got my nomination last week but I’m really concerned about th settlement fund. I hold a post graduate work permit but I applied for the skilled immigrant nominee and not the international post graduate skilled category.

I’m not sure if I would have to show settle fund when I submit my application for PR.

I need your advice guys.

If you are applying connected to Express Entry yes you will need proof of funds, if you go paper base by PNP only I guess you would not need it. For Express Entry you will need to demonstrate, not sure about the amount, I guess something around $26K CAD, but it is good to double-check.
