ALHAMDOLILAH received medical request again, previous medical expired on July 2018. Also " we are processing your background check" GCkey account says. I hope that mean we passed our eligibility. But still other lines lines are same that we r reveiwire ur eligibility, we need additional documents to process ur application.
Any comments on this development

after submitting the paper application. should we wait for an email from cic or should we go on the website and create a gckey account?
what's the next step...its been almost 2 weeks since we have submitted the application and no reply on email till now. although they claim to reply in 5 days of receiving the application. :/

GC Key can be created any time... even before application being posted. It's the linking part which you will have to wait till you get AOR.

People in June/July 2018 haven't even received anything... and you're still at 2 weeks' time.

They claim to reply in 5 days of receiving application? Define "reply"!
