I receive CSQ before 19 month apply for federal before 18 month ,,, so I’m waiting MR maybe need 30 month or more .

Ok, I don’t know.they process same for investment or skilled worker ? Becuse both of program have CSQ. My program is QIIP.

Me same QIIP Apply 2015 get CSQ in April 2017 ,,, Skill worker very fast CIC website 17 month but actually maybe around 1 year ,,, but business immigration is long time CIC website 46 month .

New federal application submit:21 st july 2018.

After AOR My file still show in process no have any update that mean BG still not finish ,,, I must still wait long time ,,, as you said before if I have Chinese PR I need wait 40 month or more .

The Key is we must wait update information .

you can do GCMS notes. After 4 month of AOR you can do GCMS notes. Or ask your lawyer . Which is lawyer firm ?

Lawyer allway good. Lawyer try his best but this matter is not his hand. My lawyer is Collin singer.

Thanks for sharing, appreciate and wish you success very soon. My case is like this:

Applied for QIIP: July 2016.
Received instructions to transfer funds: Oct 2017
Received CSQ: November 2016.
First applied for Federal: Dec 2017
AOR and processing started: March 2018
CIC sent message for clear legible copy of Birth Certificates: March 2018. Some misunderstanding a confusion resulted in CIC returning our file in May 2018.
Reapplied for Federal: July 2018
AOR and start of processing for reapplied application: Oct 2018
No further information.

Are you of Chinese nationality ?. Or a non Chinese national applied from Beijing ?.

If you don’t mind can you share the reason for this confusion/ misunderstanding?

As per my knowledge federal doesn’t really check the documents so minutely
Once you have the CSQ you are through
Federal only cares for your medical and background checks
Waiting for your feedback
