I got the following email from SINP.

The SINP requires that all nominees in this category intend to live and settle in Saskatchewan before and after nomination.
From the forms provided with your application, you currently have multiple family members living in Alberta. The SINP requires documentation to prove that you intend to settle and live in Saskatchewan.
Please submit any documents that can prove this intent.Note: It is the responsibility of the applicant to prove your intent to live in Saskatchewan. The SINP does not have a list of documents that can prove this intent.

Did anyone receive this kind of email? Please let me know how did you resole it?

Hi, I am happy to see we are in the same boat. How do you handle this problem? What I think out is to provide the job application letters and travel information to Saskatchewan before. Do you have any good ideas? Thank you!

This is a legal issue that is very challenging to overcome. The key turns on ‘intent.’ Legally intent is either a desire or knowledge to a degree of substantial certainty.

A possible way to prove intent is to focus on ‘desire.’ You can provide a written settlement plan that includes the city or cities where you would like to move to, a list of potential employers in your field that have job openings in those locations, and a description of the attractions and amenities in those cities that you will enjoy and why.

To further show desire, you can provide a summary of your research on housing costs in your targeted city(ies), your estimated salary, and show that you expect to have enough left over to live comfortably. You can also do the same for other cities in Canada and show that they are much more expensive than those in Saskatchewan and that you will be much better off financially in Saskatchewan than elsewhere.

Yet another element of desire can be shown by providing a summary of commuting options in Saskatchewan cities compared with other Canadian cities. Generally commutes in Saskatoon or Regina are much shorter than those in other Canadian cities.

Hope this helps!

So pretty much you need to prove them that you won't be leaving that province after you arrive there. Under pnp it is one of the very serious question when they go through your file, relatives or friends in other province and not in the province you are moving weaken the chances of getting letter to apply unless you have good reasons to stay there that you can prove.

I have Job approval will it suffice?
A job offer from a Saskatchewan employer should be sufficient to prove your intent to settle and remain in Saskatchewan.

To buttress this even more you could write a note that you have a job offer from a Saskatchewan employer and that job will require you to be physically present in the place of business every day. If the job cannot be performed remotely you should add that fact. Finally, if the employer only has offices in Saskatchewan you should add this too. The more detail, the better.

Great, thanks a lot.
