Hi you guys, i'm 26 years old and living in VietNam, my old sister lives in Vancouver and she was pernament immigrate there over 5 years, she has spouse but her husband died 6 years ago, she also does not have any children. I'm a disaventager and dont have a good healthy to work . My parents still alive and living vietnam with me. So, whether having any chance to my sister sponsor me to Canada.

The answer is no. Since both of your parents are still alive, she cannot sponsor you for PR. If you wish to immigrate, you will have to qualify on your own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.
