Sponsor Sister under other relatives program?

Hi all,

I am reading information provided on this link (attached below) and would like to make sure I understand correctly. Can I sponsor my sister? I do not having any living relative I can sponsor. I have a half-brother who resides in Canada with his family but we do not see each other. I have one brother who is U.K. citizen and Mom has indefinite UK visa and resides with my brother and his 2 children. My Dad passed away. I ama single mother with one child. Can I sponsor my sister and her husband and 2 kids can be her dependents.

To be eligible, first off, your grandparents and parents need to be dead. Your mother is alive so you are not eligible because you can sponsor your mother.

Plus you have a child and parent. You have a child who is your Canadian living relative.
