It is my pleasure to share what all I have gone through to get this Medical sorted.
------- My medical furtherance was notified to me by a Physicall Letter from the Canadian Consulate here in New Delhi, India.
- The date printed on the letter was 12th JUNE,2018 where else, I received the letter on 30th JUNE,2018. I dont know about why it took so long.
- I checked with my panel physician and they asked me to come down for a re-medical. They asked me to also come with the letter.
- After seeing the panel physician they guided me to go to Apollo Hospital for the Sputum Test for they found a scar in my lungs & the test was to be done for having any presence of TB
- I had to do the clulture test for sputum for 3 consecutive days. The sputum is then stored in a subjective environment in the lab to know if there are any signs of TB or if there is, will they be active in a cold climate like CANADA'S.
- The test results are only know after 8 weeks as the culture tests demand so. After a wait of 2 long months, I visited the panel physician again with a re-X-Ray.
- He said that everything was fine and he gave me a report to be handed-over as to be submitted by my panel physician.
- I got my medical clearance in 10 working days.
It was a lengthy procedure. Do let me know If I can help you with anything cause when I even got a letter from the consulate asking me for updating about the medical furtherance results for which i had to submit another Letter of Explanation with my Hospital Test Bills to confirm.

thank you, i just began to start my application, so a lot of things are not clear, can i submit the CUD as my income certificate? my CUD has no any signature or stamp on it, is it ok for getting the English translate document?
do you have the whatsapp group that we can communicate more easily？

I don't have a whatsapp group but i think an English translated document is necessary and income certificate if generated by computer won't be requiring any sign or stamp but then if they do have it, becomes more authenticated.
so what document you submitted for your income certification? i got my employment letter from my company, is there any other document i nee to submit for approving my career?
I submitted my salary slips of the last six months, signed by the accounts department as well as the offer letter & appraisal letters with the respective annexures.
I would suggest you to do the same and if you get your salary wired to your account then just take a bank statement of the last six months and highlight the salary with a PDF marker and submit it also as a proof.
The more proofs you give the more authenticated they feel about your application.
salary slips means busta paga? i only have this which is also generated by computer
offer letter means contract? but my contract doesn't specify my job duties
You have to submit a reference letter mentioned with your job responsibilities according to your job code.
yes, in my employment letter, it states my salary ,work length as well as my job description

Absolutely.
1) Reference Letter mentioning the roles & responsibilities according to the NOC code.
2) Salary Slips of the last six months.
2) Appraisal Letters if any.
4) Increement Letters if any.
5) All documents to be in English only.
6) Any other documents that can support your work.

No Notarization is required. I am from India so everything here is already given in English Lang so the need did not arise for translation.
I would suggest you to use the Google Translator or take a help of anyone who is a pro in doing so. You cannot take the risk of giving the translation work to any other.
