Hey Guys,
I really need some important advice. I am FSWO-Indian June 19th AOR applicant. Since there was no change in eligibility status since 60 days i ordered a gcms note on august 19th and I received it yesterday.

But the gcms notes shows few tensing statements (highlighted in red):

But the thing is I have total five years of experience, but I had got into a new job which has been mentioned in the notes and I had uploaded the referral letter of the latest company too. As the job description was matching to the said NOC of Human Resource manager I mentioned that as my primary NOC. But now since its just been 3 months in that job as on the said AOR how can i justify their statement. I have also provided all referral letters and other supporting documents of all the previous jobs, but they have mentioned only about my last job. I have mentioned the same in my letter of explanation that I have a total experience of 5 years in a previous company and my latest company is a new one.

The curious thing is just before receiving the notes I had a word with a cic agent on call and she said their is nothing to be worried and its just the eligibility is not completed and the officer has not asked for any ADR. So your file looks good and is in progress.

Somebody please share their expertise. I am a bit tensed now.

you need to immediately raise a CSE and ask them to change your primary noc to one of the earlier jobs where you have more than 1 yr exp. dont wait for anyone's 'advice'. the experts here will ask you to wait till they ask for additional documents. however you might be straight rejected as per the notes. dont delay.

you need to immediately raise a CSE and ask them to change your primary noc to one of the earlier jobs where you have more than 1 yr exp. dont wait for anyone's 'advice'. the experts here will ask you to wait till they ask for additional documents. however you might be straight rejected as per the notes. dont delay.
That’s perfect. You have declared your new work experience as primary noc and you don’t have at least one year work experience in that job. Because of this reason it has raised flags on your application. Try to correct it as soon as possible.

You have missed something very basic of Express Entry Federal Skilled Worker Stream. The applicant must have accumulated at least one year of continuous full-time (or the equivalent in part-time) paid work experience in the occupation identified in their application for permanent residence as their primary occupation.

Which is makes me worried about your application is the following statement from IRCC-

"The Express Entry system or the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) will determine if the applicant meets the minimum requirements to submit an application as a skilled worker.

Note: Substituted evaluation cannot be used by the CIO to overcome an applicant’s failure to meet the minimum requirements."


Minimum work experience requirement
The applicant must have accumulated at least one year of continuous full-time (or the equivalent in part-time) paid work experience in the occupation identified in their application for permanent residence as their primary occupation. In calculating this period of work experience, the occupation must be listed in skill type 0 (Managerial occupations), skill level A (Professional occupations) or skill level B (Technical occupations and skilled trades) of the National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2016 [R75(2)(a)].

The applicant’s skilled work experience must also

  • have occurred within the ten years preceding the date of their application for permanent residence; and
  • not be in an occupation that has been designated as a restricted occupation.
Note: At the time of publication, no occupations were designated as restricted.

In addition, during that period of employment, the applicant must have

  • performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC [R75(2)(b)]; and
  • performed a substantial number of the main duties, including all of the essential duties, of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC [R75(2)(c)].

You can raise CSE and ask them to change your primary NOC but I have very less hope after reading the statement above. Anyway I hope everything gets sorted for you.

Hi all. I want to order gcms notes but have few queries. Kindly help. They ask us to fill the consent form after making the payment. The consent form asks for designated representative's information. Can I leave it blank as I dont have any representative.
Secondly they have asked to mail the scanned copy. But I could not find any email Id.

Hopefully ll see the movement next month.

I want to clearify some things regarding medical insurance coverage. Please advise as in our case..
My wife is pregnant and expected month of delivery is 1st week of april 2019.
And our medical will expire on 30th of may 2019.
We are looking forward to land in Ontario.(Brampton). As the insurance coverage starts after 3 months of landing..
1-Any idea how can we get rid of high cost of delivery charges if we want to deliver the baby over there ?
2-And how to apply for health card?
3-Can it be done immediately after landing with COPR or else we need to wait for 3 months then apply ?
4-And any idea how much does it costs if one is uninsured and want to deliver over there?
5-what should be best for us in our case?
Suggestions are welcome.
