PPR %ages by month as per data in immitracker

Jan - 89%
Feb - 85%
Mar - 68%
April - 48%
May - 27%
Jun - 14%

Seems to follow the 80% in the 6 month time frame rule. They really need to pick pace for March now. Not many PPRs for March in this week. They need to give at least 12% more in September to reach that 80%. and 32% for April in next two months. It does seem they have slowed down a bit since April.

employer doesn't sign the reference letter. As per CIC's direction, it is your supervisor or immediate in the reporting structure. In some companies, yes, HR personnel signs the letter, but that's not true for most places. So, my confusion is whether the Prof or my supervisor should sign it. Since I worked under the Prof he is my supervisor on paper. But he didn't really supervise me, that was done buy senior research technicians.
I think you have answered your own question. if the prof is your supervisor on paper he should sign the document. And in case he is not signing it you can get it signed by the senior research technicians.

This is not accurate because I know many people using immtracker have not updated their data after medical pass . They have received their ppr but not updated

Yes it is an approximation.
Not close to an approximation even. Out of 7000 AORs a month ( even more ) just 350 odd are on immitracker. Thats just 5% of the total n way too less to b taken as a sample. Moreover thousands of aspirants each month get their PPRs within expected timelines n hence never even join a forum or immitracker.

Having said that, still a great effort in punching, crunching and analysing data

That looks scary to me. The numbers look almost same when they were uploaded by someone in July end. Does anyone know why suddenly everything has stopped?

Out of this June-14%; 90% of them are CEC, FSW-I, PNP or FSW-O USA.

Very few are FSW-O non USA. Even Most of the recent IP2s are same! Don't know why IRCC prioritizing them over us poor fsw non usa-pnp outland applicants. :(:(:(

eligibility "met" and "recommended pass" are same and is done by the processing agent which needs to be confirmed by visa officer. The million dollar question is when it will be set as "passed" by the visa officer and when will the back ground check start? concerning part here is, there are many May Aor applicants same like us on ip1 with eligibility "met" and "recommended pass" but BG check not started status from Ottawa visa office waiting for more than 100 days. It seems like back logs are building up like pre express entry era.
