Hey I would like you confirm to me about this job I have applied at Cruzhill hotel on security Guard and i have been given terms and conditions for job

So are you in Canada ? Where is this hotel given a search does not return any result so does the hotel actually exist ? Do you have a job offer you can paste here with personal details removed, obviously not if a multi page contract.

Palm trees in Ontario ? It is a fake but looks nice though which ever country it is actually in

When you have an address a useful tool is to go to showmystreet.com and see the real address in this case downtown Toronto surrounded by office buildings not palm trees or views of the Cruz Hills wherever they are.

Did the offer include free food and/or accommodation?

It's a fake website made up of cut&pastes from other sites, including this bit at http://cruzhillshotel.com/about.html

Retreat to a private, poolside cabana and savor rooftop views of the Cruz Hills. Or simply relax in luxurious
accommodations rich in both modern comforts and the classic ambiance of a historic Cruz Hills estate.

Even the all-powerful Pointing has no control about the blind texts it is an almost unorthographic life One day however a small line of blind text by the name of Lorem Ipsum decided to leave for the far World of Grammar.

The offer was very good food, Accommodation and everything else's so that means the job is not there
Very common I am afraid given these people rely on people looking for any which way to emigrate to Canada without doing too much background checking on either the company or the actual conditions in the offer. If it looks too good to be true it is should be the rule applied especially where flights, food and accomodation are offered and a payment of some sort is requested upfront. See below link for official IRCC statement on these types of sites
