I want to know, if i get the invite to attend the session. Is it possible to get my accompanying spouse to attend that session as well or the officers would not allow her to attend the session?

You can take your accompanying spouse with you to the info session. My husband came with me to the info session in March

AOR = Acknowledgment of Receipt - when they send you an email with your PNP number and saying they have received your application
ADR = Additional Documents Request - when the case officer emails you requesting additional documents for your application

That’s wonderful, gives me plenty of hope.
Hopefully in a couple of months I’ll be able to register for a session and get nominated too.

Hi there, Can I ask you about the process of getting your ITA if possible? I received an email to attend at the Information Session in Ho Chi Minh on 26/08/2018 after sending both my CV and the spouse’s one. A few friends of mine also registered but did not receive the email like me. Also, besides all the strong french, relatives in NB or Obtained a job offer, I am sitting at 72/100. Would that be okay for me to send my EOI after the Attending at the Info Session.

Please guide me through this

You have a good chance, but you need to wait for the EOI window for info session attendees to open before you can submit your EOI.

Good luck!

GENERAL NOTE:

The NBPNP process for people attending Information sessions is as follows:

a. Register to attend a NBPNP info session if you don't have relatives in NB or high French proficiency.
b. After attending the session, wait for the window to open for EOI submissions from info session attendees
c. Send the filled EOI form with a copy of your latest resume
d. Wait between 45-60 days for an ITA from NBPNP to submit a full application.
e. In the mean time, gather all required documents like bank statements, work references, etc.
f. Once you receive the ITA from NBPNP, submit the full application within 45 days
g. Wait between 6-8 weeks for processing and nomination once you get your AOR
h. You might get ADRs in that time. PLEASE be patient with the processing times. Sometimes it is fast, most times it is not
i. If you receive nomination, this will be reflected in your CIC account. Accept the nomination to get 600 points
j. Wait for the next Express entry draw to receive CIC ITA for PR
h. Do your medicals, get your PPCs and updated bank statements and submit full application to CIC within 60 days of CIC ITA

Deepest appreciation to you my dear. Just to clarify a few things with my research, recent information sessions appeared to be quite selective in inviting attendees. Not trying to brag with my case but I prepared for my CV and my wife clearly as well as point out that I have a CLB 10 for R S L and CLB 8 for writing. Also, my wife got CLB10 for all four components ans she can speak Quebec French as well. Personally, I believe it was the reason why we were invited since a friend of mine is pretty much in a similar case, which unfortunately did not receive an invitation. NBPNP is just an option for me thou since if I crack the Writing up to 7.0 (CLB 9) I can join the EE already at 448.

Once again, I have seen you helping lots of people in this forum. I wish nothing but the best for your PR Application

Hi there! I'm in the process of collating my documents for submission after getting an ITA.

In relation to paystubs,in my case what i'll be submitting is my annual income tax return from my previous employers in lieu of the paystubs.

To note also that per doc checklist it says additional supporting docs "may" include. So I believe its not a must?I guess. Can any senior member correct me on this?

Thanks.

I never included any pay stubs or tax invoices
However I included a copy of my contract with one of the companies I worked for, since that company refused to give me a work experience letter that was in the format required by CIC.

Same here. My previous companies issued already my COE but did not follow the format I requested. Did you include a letter of explanation on this?
