Yes you can
OWP is just saying OWP alone is not enough to get you back into Canada,
You might need Visa or eTA pending on passport

Since you are using a representative, I think the mail will be sent to your reprerentative first then they forward it to you. when you know that your OWP approved, did your representative tell you or you found out by yourself through ECAS?

Congratulatin,,, can u remember when they asked for police clearance after u received your AOR ... thank u.

They never asked for police clearance because we sent it upfront together with the pr application.
