Hello,

I am in Vancouver, BC finishing my CO-OP program. My employer offers me a job. I would like to stay in Canada and potentially apply to the Express Entry but I have the following questions:
  • Could I just extend my work permit for working full time for this employer?
  • The job that they offer is NOC - C I've noticed that in many programs people need to be hired in jobs NOC B or higher, Any chance to apply for this job. Also, I read this job (6523) it is not a high demand job in the BC province
  • Could apply to the express entry neither with the funds or a NOC - C job offer, I just need to meet this requirement to apply to the express entry as Skilled Worker.
  • What would be the easiest path to remain in the country screwing the option of reapplying to a study permit, my country doesn't have the option to apply for a working holiday visa neither?
Thank you for your help I've found so helpful this site before!

NOC C is not a skilled job. So that means you cannot qualify for Canadian Experience Class and any work experience under this NOC will not be considered for FSW/Express Entry. Additionally, this can't be considered as a job offer under FSW/EE. Best thing to do in order to have as many options as possible to apply for PR is to get a job that is NOC A, B or 0.
