After selecting the option to talk to an agent, there is a message related high calls volume before the call automatically disconnects. My call had disconnected 5-6 times and around the 7th time, I had been placed in a queue waiting for close to 45 minutes before finally speaking to an agent.
Thanks...i will try this...is this helpline working on sunday ?

Hi all,
I just made a change to my profile today on federal express entry. It did not affect my score with this change and my score remains the same as before - 998 . (Forgot to mention my CURRENT JOB earlier on work history section which I added just now and submitted) can my file still be picked in the next draw (after July 11)? Or will I now have to wait for the draw after the coming one?? I'm just wondering because I might have made this update after the cut-off date for the next draw.
Please help !

Hello everyone..I am new here..can anyone guide me..
my AOR is 19th April.
Got medical cleared and additional documents reviewed in the 1st month.
No update since then.
Now the thing that is nagging me constantly is that I have a work experience of 3 1/2 years as a web developer but I also have a gap of 4 years and that means I am not working at present. Will it effect my PR, I mean the gap thing.

Balwinder, you quoted above that you have 3.5 yrs of experience. If you are an FSW the max points that you get is for 3 yrs foreign work exp, which I think you may have scored.
You don't need to be working at present to apply for Express Entry since you are meeting the min requirements by working for min 1 yr previously in a NOC A skill category.
I hope you have mentioned in personal history/activities folder what you were doing in these 4 years.
If yes, then no issues at all...

Thanks for your reply. Does this mean that if I update it and re-submit it, then it doesn't affect it?
Common girl, I was not talking French or Latin :D

You can update it as many times as you want before the ITA is issued.
the date you originally created/submitted your profile is what matters for the ITA

my own example.... I created the EE profile on 16 Feb and submitted it on 20 Feb, CRS score 441. Made a change with a revised language score and submitted which took my points even higher on 2nd March, CRS score becomes 459
My profile says: Date application received: February 20, 2018(EE application original submit date).

It happens all the time, while going through the EE process we all stop thinking rationally. Relax...

btw how did you manage to score 998 ?

Haha thanks!! I just wanted to make sure :) my points increased by 600 after getting bcpnp approval.

I have two more questions:

1) I have updated my profile recently with my pnp approval which increased my points by 600. But when I go to the application details section "nomination and selection" under which it asked if you have any nomination certificate ? Now my answer has changed to this question but I'm not able to change it there to yes.

2) on the education history section I have just included my bachelors from India and one diploma from a DLI institute I did in Canada (based on which I got my one year work permit) Now,I have also done another diploma from a private institute which does not have DLI number. My question is that is it important to include that diploma as well? Also, with that other education details like high school on this section? This will not affect my score but I just did not want to add it because it's from a private college and totally unrelated to my current job. But at the same time it shows that I have no gap in studies after coming to Canada.

Sorry if my questions sound stupid!! I'm expecting my ita soon and just want to make sure that all the info I'm providing will not clash. thank you so much for your inputs !!

You should stop bowling bouncers and googly :D

-I have no clue on the first part, I suggest do some research, if you an OINP maybe you can contact the members on this thread, someone can guide you there: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/oinp-hcp-application-submitted-february-and-march-2018.548036/page-50
-Why do you have to study so much in life that it becomes overly complicated for you :D. Whatever your getting points for and have documents to back up should be under the education, rest of the information(other diploma, schooling) should be highlighted under the personal history/activities section.

Thanks, I mentioned in the form that I am a homemaker but haven't uploaded a letter of explanation stating why I couldn't get back to work.
