This is a great relief brother, I really appreciate you have shared your experience with us. I was so much worried and hopeless days back and thought of never get accepted if send a full application. But now I realized, I really had done a great job and I should thank my better half who inspired me every step, every minute. I got AOR on 10th July and hoping to get nomination within a month or so. I am totally positive now.
Soon we will have our Nomination..

It always depends on the processing officer.. and if you do not receive any ADR.. some received more than 2 months others less than a month.. they are never consistent.. what we can donis just wait... this waiting game is killin me.. hehhee

Actually, I don't know much about ADR and haven't received. I received only AOR number and they mentioned in their mail is: They will let me know until initial assessment. What will happen if I do not receive ADR or received ADR???

If you receive ADR request, that delays your processing time, so if you do get ADR request just send the additional documents as quick as you can.
if you DONT receive ADR request, then lucky you!! And hopefully you will get nomination within the 2 months

I entirely agree with you regarding waiting time.... I am waiting just for days now, but I am feeling like it's more than a month. More importantly, I can't control myself to check my every hour if that golden mail has arrived or not....lol.
I really want to get nomination early as possible, could not able to sit and wait anymore...

@SRayhan87 do you have family in NB? What made you decide to go for PNP, and especially to NB? (Just curious to know :))
I don't have anyone in NB, My IELTS score was not good enough to get direct ITA and this is one of the main reason to decide. My NOC is also On-demand list in NBPNP. So, it's a great and only oppurtunityfor me to grab.

Understandable! What is your NOC?
Both my husband and I work in the IT sector, but since my NOC (2174) was on the in-demand list, I applied as the principal applicant.

My NOC is 2281. So far I know in NB IT sector is thriving very quickly and they need more people in that field. I am an IT guy having more than 6 years work experience how much I have to get a job? I am the principal applicant and my wife will accompany me.

Will your wife also be working once in NB? What's her NOC?

From what the officers at the info session said, Fredericton, Moncton and St. John are the 3 main ares in New Brunswick to try our luck in terms of jobs.

NB is now apparently known as the IT capital of Canada, so we are hoping that we will be able to get jobs there within a short period of landing there. Our aim - should we get nomination - is to either settle in Fredericton or Moncton in the beginning, and then perhaps move slightly outside the main city centers.

Some people have been lucky to get job offers while outside Canada, but I think for the majority of us, it's a "wait-pray-hope-apply for jobs-wait some more" cycle :)
