hi i have applied on 4 june still review has not been started..how much time it will take any idea ?

The same I applied on 4 june review not started and biometric not updated
I think due to large number of applications VO are giving priority to those applications as per the arrival date/event to attend. Do you know anyone who received the decision after the date passed (either arrival or event date) ????

I received an email from cic today, titled "Visitor Acknowledgement Letter". Exactly similar to the one which someone reported here earlier. This comes after 25 days.

IN my view, this email is sending to those people who applied in month of June and plan of visit is in end of July or in August. It is logical for case officer to prioritize those cases whose start date is coming sooner and are in queue from last 2 or more weeks.
