Educational ECA for spouse with only secondary education

I have an Express Entry FSW CRS score of 431, if I get my spouse's secondary education details verified by WES via an ECA, will it help to get me 2 extra points.., FYI, my spouse only has secondary school educational credentials, Please advise at the earliest

Yes, if the education is evaluated as Higher Secondary
