Tried again and was disconnected again after machine status and when I selected speak to agent option.
No email yet. But I got another ghost update in my account a little whole ago.
No Clue what's going on.
Whatever is happening, at least there is a progress on your application which means someone is working on it.
True. That's what is keeping me calm right now. After over 100 days of nothing now atleast I have some kind of an update.

To add, my wife is expecting in September! No sight of PPR yet, if the PPR comes at the time when my wife can’t travel then we are screwed!

This group has been a solid support system throughout the process. Or else I would have gone crazy by now LOL.
Agree! lot of poeple in this particular thread goes through this intense tension of "did i miss anything" "why is it late"" I had every document in place" etc.
