I got mine done at Staples and they were accepted by IRCC. Folks at Staples already knew the right sizes for a "PR photo". They also know that they need to write/stamp their address and the date on the backside (don't forget to write your name).

Hello,
I don't know if someone has the same situation as mine, but I received a photo request on March 7th and the new photos we delivered on March 12th.
I haven't received any updates so far.
I called IRCC this morning and after checking my file the agent told me that my photos were received and they are good now. However, they are still working on my PR card and he mentioned that I should wait until May 15th and if I don't receive my card I should call back. This is take too long.

Anyone on the same situation?

Hi All

I have an inquiry. My friend got a photo request after 40 days of his arrival. He got a mail from this email id
Permanent-Resident-Card@cic.gc.ca.

Can people here comfirm if they got the photo request from the same email id?
I want to confirm this since i have also just arrived here and i will add this email address in my contacts so that email does not get lost into the junk folder.

Waiting for any leads.

Got a photo request for me and my spouse and not my Son. Does it mean that my sons photo is accepted?

Also can I submit new photos that I clicked I. March before I left India OR they only need photos clicked in Canada. Please advise

I got a request to submit new photos for the PR card. I mailed them my new photos on 2nd May. How do we check whether the new set of photos reached at the PR Card application processing facility in Nova Scotia, as i sent a regular mail. I have a already linked my application online, but haven’t got any update.

the only way is to know when your photo's delivered by courier service. I called this morning agent informed that they still working on photo's received on 9th April. mine was delivered on 11th April.

I had sent my photos through a regular post. Is there any other way to know?

there may be the better way but as I know ...the only way to know to wait until a month and try calling them...if you lucky you might found out.
It always better to send the package with tracking, this helps to challenge them in case they misplaced photos and also a lot of peace in mind.
