IP means file is in Sydney or Local office ?

Hi all i called cic call centre and my file is still in Sydney. not IP yet

Just for my understanding who create IP Sydney or Local office

It could be on the way to local office (file transferred).
Sydney does the basics, then sends files to local offices....rest of the process happens @ local office such as testing, clearances, oath

i got my file number already
means my file is complete . nothing missing

After getting AOR, i found there was small mistake in question 11 cit0002. then i have used web-form to correct it.

does this means i am getting late to get IP due to that reason.

According to my GCMS, Sydney created IP. My case became IP 3 weeks before transferring to local office.

Probably not, I made a mistake on the form as well, but I got IP very quickly; but sadly nothing after IP

I actually used the form after IP.
