Oct applicants no AOR and reapply

Received our AOR yesterday after 4 months.
No MP No second application.
Just did send through the web form and got the reply that you will hear soon. one day later they sent the AOR.

I was in the same situation for 4 months and 15 days after I sent 2n application with cover letter and contacted my MP they sent to me AOR

it takes 7 -10 business days for IRCC Web to get back to you.

I called and they told me its for my second application and that they found my first application as well but still didnt send an AOR on that one. do you know if I need to take any action to avoid confusion since now they have 2 applications udner my name?

PS i did include an explanation letter in my second package
