Course by Course evaluation
I have already WES ECA report . I just tried to upgrade my previous application to"course by course" and it says start a new application which involve a complete hectic work of contacting previous institutions and getting the transcripts and sending to WES again. :(

This is bad. They should just upgrade it by charging their fee. There is no point of repeating the whole process again.

For Saskatchewan APEGS, only ECA report is required or course by course evaluation is also required?

What is APEGS ?

WES evaluation is of 2 types:

1. General in which you can get your equivalency which is normally used for immigration purposes.
2. Course by course : It is used to get professional license or study purpose etc.

If you are trying for Saskatchewan PNP program, you need a professional / member in training license to apply for it. You can only get that license if you have your course by course evaluation report with you. Once you get this report, you need to submit it to APEGS along with the other requirements to get your license for the required profession.

APEGS (Association of Professional Engineers and Geo scientists of Saskatchewan)

Hi All,

I have received an email from SINP that I need to submit my Professional Status or Licensure. I have already applied for CIPS ISP a few months back and as per the tracking it should be assessed within 2 months-->
http://www.cips.ca/CertificationStatus
My question here is :
1)Is the CIPS ISP certification is what I need to submit?
2)Does submission of the certification guarantee SINP ITA?

Hello,
It depends on your profession, I know for Engineers and Geologist, what you need is APEGS. Hello,
I have a confusion between SINP OID & SINP EE streams? Do my occupation needs to be in demand for SINP EE also, If my occupation is not in list am I eligible for SINP EE? SINP eligibility requires;

Have a minimum level of work experience related to their field of education or training in a skilled occupation (NOC 0, A, or B) that is considered to be in-demand in Saskatchewan (See in-demand occupation list, below);

  • At least one year of work experience in the past 10 years in a skilled profession (non-trades); OR
  • At least two years of work experience in a skilled trade within the past five years; OR
  • At least one year of skilled work experience in Canada in the past three years (trades and non-trades).

Hello,
As my opinion, your career need to be in the In-demand list although you're in OID or EE stream. Because, if not in denand list - they nó need to nominate us.
Beside, I think OID is for high skill of occupation then they invite with English only in CLB4 while EE required higher. I guess.
