This is the latest Statuses by months of submission report from myimmitracker.com.
From their available sample data, around 18% of applicants got PPR, 69% are on various post Medical Passed stages, and 13% still waiting for Medical Passed.

Looks like there is still a while to go on average, as there are pending cases from previous months that are processing as well.

The average processing time for New Delhi visa office is 4months. Today a bunch of October AOR applicants(around 8-10) from NVDO got PPR. For december we can expect somewhere in April or even before that( in case they speed up the process). It may sound a long time, but they are taking 4 months for most of the applications, so better try to stay positive and be patient.

It holds true for some applicants only mostly PNP and few FSW's
One of my friend, she got it in december 1st week with October as AOR and her visa office is NDVO
So depends case to case

My visa office is CPC-Ottawa and my eligibility was recommended pass 6 weeks ago. Since then I have not heard back from them. How long do you guys think it will take them to finalize my case? According to my notes everything was fine and the case analyst raised no questions or concerns regarding my application.
Criminality, R10 and medicals are all passed.
