Ones you get PR if you wish to call your spouse what the process and requirements with processing time
 
You need to clarify your question. Are you asking about sponsoring your spouse now you are a PR ? Did you become a PR as a single person or married ?

Yes Sponsoring spouse & if I am PR & I became PR as married person with 2 kids
